Indonesian nationality. Born in Bukittinggi, West Sumatera in 1946. President Commissioner of the Company since June 2004. Previously he was the Company’s Commissioner (2002-2004), and the President Director (1998-2002). Before joining the Company, he started his professional career as Manager at PT Elektronika Nusantara in 1974. He then served as the President Director of PT Pantja Niaga (1991-1998_, as wekk as the Supervisory Director of BV Handelsmaatschaapij UNIPRO, Amsterdam (1993-2001), and Director of PT Daeng Brothers (1989-1990). He obtained a Degree in Telecommunication Technology from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1973, and continued his education in the International Institute of Phillips, Eindhoven, majoring in Digital Electronics in 1974. He is also a senior fellow of the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, USA.

Indonesian nationality. Born in Jakarta in 1968. He has served as Vice President Commissioner of the Company since March 2008. Previously, he served as the President Director from August 2002 – March 2008. He started his career as Assistant to President Commissioner of Bakrie & Brothers Group (October 1995 – February 1998) and Assistant to Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) (October 1995 – February 1998). In 1997, he was appointed as Project Manager for BSP’s restructuring and acquisition. He served as Director of Bakrie Sumatera Plantations (1998 – 2002), Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Palm Oil Business Association (GAPKI) of West Sumatera Province (May 2001 – September 2004), and KADIN’s Chief of Plantation Division of Jambi (February 2001 - now). Since November 2006 until now, he was appointed as Head of the Manufacturing and Production Committee at the Indonesian Engineers Association. He obtained his Masters of Business Administration degree from Arkansas University, Little Rock, Arkansas, USA in 1995.

Indonesian Nationality. Born in Teluk Betung, Lampung in 1947. He has served as Commissioner of the Company since 1992. He joined the Company since 1977 as Assistant to Manager, then, Manager of Business Units for Surabaya (1980-1988), Branch Manager for PT Bakrie & Brothers in Medan (1988-1990), Assistant to the President Director of the Bakrie Group (1991-1992), East-West Marketing Group Director of the Indonesian Coffee Exporter Association, as well as the Executive Representative of PT Mindo Cipta Upaya Indonesia for East Java and Eastern Indonesia. He Studied Soga Sosha at Sumitomo Corp., Tokyo and Osaka in 1990. He holds his Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia, in 1973.

Indonesian Nationality. Born in Sigli, Nangroe Aceh Darussalam in 1964. He has served as Independent Commisioner of the Company since June 2006. Previously, he served as Independent Commissioner of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (2002 – 2004) and as Independent Commissioner of PT Indosat Tbk (2004 – 2005). He started his career in the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia (UI) in 1987 until now. Vice Head of LPEM UI (2001 – 2006), and he also served as expert staff of the Ministry of Economu, Republic of Indonesia (2004). Until now, her serves as researcher as LPEM UI, Faculty of Economics (since 1987), Special Staff of Coordinating Ministry of Economy, Republic of Indonesia (since 2005), Commissioner of PT Danareksa Tbk (since 2007) and member of the Indonesian Statistics Commission (since 2007). He obtained his Master Degree in Economics from the Vanderbilt University, USA in 1991, and earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Illinois, USA in 1998.
